With extensive experience across disability support, community care, and healthcare environments, our team works alongside clients and families to deliver meaningful, practical, and respectful assistance. We support people in a range of settings including hospitals, supported independent living (SIL), rehabilitation, education, and the wider community.

DIRECTOR
I am a compassionate and proactive support worker and third-year nursing student based on the Coast, with over seven years of hands-on experience in disability and community support.
I believe in person-centred care, dignity, and independence, supporting clients across a range of environments including hospitals, supported independent living (SIL), rehabilitation, education, and the community.

• Assistant in Nursing (AIN)

• Epilepsy & Midazolam administration

Kaitlin
SUPPORT WORKER
I’m a calm, patient, and compassionate person who enjoys helping others feel safe, confident, and supported. I love the outdoors and enjoy camping, exploring new places, and taking time to appreciate peaceful moments in nature.
My work has taught me the importance of fostering independence and developing practical life skills through consistency, encouragement, and respect.

I am empathetic and open-minded, with a strong passion for helping others achieve their personal goals.
With experience as both a personal trainer and a service coordinator, I have had the privilege of assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing mental health challenges, on their journey to improved well-being.
